The ALL-ON-4^®, or Teeth-In-A-Day, concept has revolutionized replacement of teeth on dental implants in a single procedure. This technology has been used to restore the smile of hundreds of thousands of people and is backed by  nearly 20 years of study and research. Utilizing the collaboration between both the restorative doctor and the oral surgeon, Dr. Lohr is able to replace all upper and/or lower teeth in a single procedure. This merging of knowledge and experience achieves not only improved outcomes, but decreased treatment time to avoid any period of time with missing teeth.

Dentures were traditionally the only option dentists had to replace all top or bottom teeth. However, dentures may cause pain or discomfort if they do not fit well, cause trouble talking or eating, and they have to be removed at night. With Teeth-In-A-Day, Dr. Lohr works with your restorative dentist to get you a set of teeth that screw in place at the time of surgery. 

The process begins when a consultation appointment where an evaluation is performed, a 3D scan is taken of the patient’s jaw bone, and Dr. Lohr discusses the procedure in detail. Between your consultation and surgery appointments, we will work behind the scenes in conjunction with your dentist to either digitally or traditionally fabricated temporary dentures. On the day of surgery, Dr. Lohr is able to remove any remaining teeth and place 4-6 implants on the top and/or bottom. At the end of the procedure, you leave with dentures screwed in place – no loose dentures and no need to take dentures out at night anymore!

There are hundreds of brands of dental implants, but our office exclusively uses Nobel^® and Straumann^® brand implants, which are the 2 leading implant companies. Our office does not use any third party or off brand implant parts as we want to ensure the best result for our patients.
